Lanterns Poster
This project was to create a poster with the feeling through any sort of visual metaphor or other means from one of our favourite films. It was quite the challenge, and I always loved the Green Lantern comics and knew the potential the film could have had. With the announcement of the more grounded Lanterns show, I asked if I could combine the two. Taking visual inspiration from old Noir films, I combined them with a little photography and Photoshop to produce the final product.
Self Portrait
This project was more than just personal on the level of a self-portrait. It had to convey us, hobbies, interests, or anything you wanted to portray within the photo. We had the freedom to do any graphic edits to the photograph, and I wanted to do a literal meaning about internal struggle. Inspired by Sin City, Batman, and other dark cinematography, I took my passion for film into a newfound passion for photography.
