Oil painting
This painting is one of my favourites of the year, and it is my second piece ever done in oil. It was an assignment for Andrew’s drawing class in the first semester, and by some miracle, I started and finished it the day before it was due. Even though it was extremely rushed, I adore how it turned out, and it is one of my overall favourite pieces ever.
West Side Story movie poster
Although it was done recently, this movie poster has become another one of my favourites. It was done in Vida’s design class in the second semester. West Side Story is one of my favourite movies, and as soon as I had chosen it, I knew I wanted to integrate the two flags in some way as imagery for the two families blending. Overall, it turned out better than I expected, and I’m really proud of it.
