An oil painting by Capilano University IDEA School of Design alumnus, Adam Briggs was recently hanging at the Federation of Canadian Artists Gallery on Granville Island for the 2017 Annual International Representational Show (AIRS Show) which ran October 10, 2017 to October 29, 2017. Adam graduated from the IDEA School of Design in 2013.
Never stopping, always in motion, just as the brush strokes swim to completion: the Great White is one of he most majestic, feared and beautiful creatures we have. This painting is an ode to the history this fish carries and the importance the Great White has to all of us.
Adam Briggs is an oil painter, illustrator and Art Director based in Vancouver, Canada. Painting in an expressive impressionistic style with a high emphasis on colour and composition, he is skilled at creating visual stories. Adam accepts oil painting commissions for a multitude of end uses.
